Dr. Ray Vetsch will fly the  “Turbo Shark” at this year’s Kansas City Air Show. The 780 horsepower turbine powered highly modified Russian Sukhoi 26MX aerobatic high performance aircraft can take off in less than 100 feet and climb straight.  Dr. Vetsch will perform a high speed aerobatic routine that is sure to drop jaws.

Dr.Vetsch's Turbo Shark is the most powerful weight/thrust ratio propeller airplane in the world. The aircraft is equipped with a reclined seat for the pilot. It is similar to the reclined pilot's seat on the F-16 and other supersonic high G aircraft. This enables the pilot to both withstand more G's and still maneuver the aircraft.
