Sweepstakes

1. To Enter: No purchase necessary; limited to one entry per person. Sweepstakes entry deadline for first drawing is August 12, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST; drawing to be held on August 13, 2011. Sweepstakes entry deadline for second drawing is August 18, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST; drawing to be held on August 19, 2011.  All fans of the official 2011 KC Airshow Facebook page will be entered for the drawing. Alternatively, entrants can mail their entry (including name, home address, home phone number and e-mail) to 2011 KC Airshow Sweepstakes, c/o Herb Gillen Advertising, 1953 S. Mallway Dr, Columbus, OH 43221.  Registration forms with missing or incomplete information will not be accepted. 
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older as of August 14, 2011. KC Aviation Expo &  Air Show staff, and their employees, carriers, contractors, distributors, wholesalers and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter. One winner per household. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Prize: Two (2) grand prizes will be awarded and each will include:
   • 4 Gold Club tickets to the 2011 KC Aviation Expo &  Air Show Presented for Sunday, August 21.

4. Drawing: The prize drawings will be held on August 13, 2011 & August 19, 2011. A random drawing from all eligible entries received will take place by a representative of the KC Aviation Expo & Air Show. Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received. Winners will be notified of results by August 13, 2011 and August 19, 2011 via e-mail.
5. To Claim Prize: Winner only will be notified by e-mail.  Grand prize winner will be required to reply via e-mail within 24 hours to the Kansas City Air Show. Forfeited Grand Prize will be awarded to a new winner until an eligible winner is found. Grand prize tickets from the first drawing will be shipped to winner by August 13, 2011.  Grand prize tickets from the second drawing will be distributed to winner at will call on August 21, 2011.
6. Release: By acceptance of any Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to release and hold forever harmless the KC  Air Show , Facebook, their agents and representatives and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize or any travel in connection therewith.
7. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. District Court for Missouri or the appropriate Missouri State Court located in Clay County, Missouri under the laws of Missouri without regard to that state’s conflict of laws provisions.
8. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winners’ name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Generally: The KC Air Show will not collect or store information about Sweepstakes participants except for the information set forth on the entry form. Information transmitted to the KC Air Show by electronic mail or otherwise will generally be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be used by the KC Air Show as set forth in paragraph 9 above.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to such action if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
